Real Estate Web Sites: Property photography session: This includes going to the property and photographing it. We will usually end up with 20 - 30 photo's we want to use of the location. Photo's are taken of the interior and exterior. We review each photo and adjust it in photoshop as needed. We provide you with a disk of the completed photo's for your own use. Fee: $200 Dedicated property website: This includes an elegantly designed web site with a photo tour of your property. The domain name for your site is the property address. (Domain is valid for 12 months.) The site includes a description of the property and the real estate agent contact information; with a direct email link to the agent. The web site also includes a "virtual tour" on MLS and a "featured tour" on realtor.com linking to your web page. You may provide the photo's to be used on the site. Fee: $250 Photography and website package: Best deal! This includes photographing the property and creating a property website. All of the features of the above 2 packages are included. Fee: $350 Actors/Artists Web Sites: Without reel or demo: This package includes a dedicated web site with your choice of available domain names (often your own name www.jamesmarquiss.com). A dedicated web site with home page; flash photo slideshow (photo's provided by you); resume page and special skills; contact information and email link to you. The domain name is purchased for 1 year, after that the renewal price is $10 per year. Fee: $250 With reel or demo: This package includes all of the above "with out reel" perks and also includes place your reel or demo on the web page as a flash movie (we can accept most movie formats and convert them to flash for faster download on the net). Fee: $350 Other Sites: Rates vary, due to your different needs. The most basic business site with a couple pages, company description, photos (you provide) and contact information is $250. This fee increases with complexity and size of the site. We are capable of everything from flash to shopping carts to interactive forms. Please contact for quote. Contact us to get started! |
